Booking Process - Submit Information: Complete the booking form with your full name, email address, contact number, and Aadhar number. - Payment: The session fee must be paid at the time of booking. - Confirmation: Once the booking form and payment are received, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details and a link to the online session. Cancellation and Rescheduling - No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, it can be done before 12 hours from scheduled time. - Rescheduling requests made outside this period will not be accommodated. Session Guidelines - Punctuality: Please join the meeting on time. Sessions are fixed at 45 minutes and will end as scheduled, regardless of the start time. There will be no partial refunds if the meeting lasts less than 45 minutes. - Preparation: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the best experience during your online session. Confidentiality - All personal information provided during the booking process and discussed during the session will be kept confidential. - Clients must not share any material or information from the session outside. - Clients are not permitted to review or discuss the service on any social media platform.
