Cancellation Policy

Booking Process - Submit Information: Complete the booking form with your full name, email address, contact number, and Aadhar number. - Payment: The session fee must be paid at the time of booking. - Confirmation: Once the booking form and payment are received, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details and a link to the online session. Session Recording & Usage - All sessions conducted with Wicky David are recorded for quality, training, and development purposes. - These recordings may be used for internal evaluation, team training, and service improvement. - Select excerpts may also be used for external training, educational, or promotional purposes. In such cases, the participant’s face may be blurred, name may be anonymized, and any identifying information may be muted or removed to ensure complete privacy. - By booking a session, you provide your consent to such recording and usage. Cancellation and Rescheduling - No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, it can be done before 12 hours from scheduled time. - Rescheduling requests made outside this period will not be accommodated. Session Guidelines - Punctuality: Please join the meeting on time. Sessions are fixed at 45 minutes and will end as scheduled, regardless of the start time. There will be no partial refunds if the meeting lasts less than 45 minutes. - Preparation: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the best experience during your online session. Confidentiality - Clients must not share any material or information from the session outside. - Clients are not permitted to review or discuss the service on any social media platform. Candidate Classification Policy - Experienced Candidate: Any individual who has held professional work experience for a period exceeding 3 months in any domain, industry, or field, irrespective of whether the prior role aligns with the position for which the mock interview is being conducted. This includes, but is not limited to, paid internships of 6 months or more, as well as apprenticeships of any duration. Fresher Candidate: Any individual who has not undertaken any employment, paid internship, apprenticeship, or professional work engagement after studies.
