Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process - All appointments will be conducted online via Google Meet. - Sessions can be booked through the provided booking link, where you’ll find available time slots. - Ensure you provide accurate contact details during the booking process, as the session link and reminders will be sent to your registered email address. 2. Commitment to the Slot - No Cancellations or Postponements: Once a session is booked, it is considered final. - Each slot is reserved exclusively for you, and rescheduling would deprive another mentee of the opportunity. - Please book your session only when you are confident about your availability. - In case of emergencies, inform us at least 48 hours in advance. However, rescheduling may not be guaranteed. 3. Attendance - Be punctual. Join the Google Meet session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. - If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to maintain fairness for subsequent mentees. - A no-show without prior notice will count as a completed session. 4. Session Recording and Usage - Recording Policy: Sessions may be recorded for training, quality improvement, and organizational purposes. - External Usage: Recordings may be shared outside the organization or on social media platforms as part of training materials, testimonials, or educational content. - By booking a session, you provide consent for recording and potential usage as described. If you have concerns, please notify us in advance. 5. Technical Requirements - Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a camera for the session. - Test your setup beforehand to avoid last-minute issues. 6. Preparation for the Session - Come prepared with your questions, topics, or goals for discussion. - Have necessary documents or materials ready if relevant to your session (e.g., resumes, application drafts, etc.). 7. Confidentiality and Respect - All discussions during the session are confidential and aimed at supporting your career growth. - Maintain professionalism and respect during the session. 8. Non-Refundable Policy - The fee for the booked session is non-refundable. - Missed appointments or cancellations will not qualify for refunds.
